Service Description: NHD High Base Map Service to support the HEM Web Editing tools. The map service functions as a base map layer for NHD featrure classes at a small scale. A minimum scale of 1:72,000 has been set on all the layers. The intention of the Map Service is to provide the following functinoality: display of NHD High data, Query NHD Features, snap layers when creating new HEM Events, Query NHDReachcodeMaintenance table to obtain ReachSMDate, and obtain m-values from the NHD flowlines.
